The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for Financial Advisor services to assist the County in developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to meet its capital financing needs. The selected firm will provide a full scope of financial advisory services, including reviewing and reporting on the County's debt structure, recommending financial structures for proposed projects, preparing cash flow forecasts, and analyzing revenue trends. The firm will also provide strategic advice on terms, features, timing, and marketing of issues, and evaluate the financial impact of legislative changes.
