Description
The City of High Point, NC is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering and consulting services for the assessment, design, and improvement of biosolids storage, dewatering, handling, processing, and disposal systems at its Eastside and Westside Wastewater Treatment Plants. The work includes site assessments, data analysis, regulatory compliance review, design recommendations, and preparation of technical reports. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes firm experience, key personnel resumes, relevant project references, and a proposed project schedule. A virtual pre‑proposal conference is scheduled for September 21, 2026; questions are due by September 30, 2026, and final SOQs are due October 14, 2026. Selection will be based on professional experience, team qualifications, past performance, and overall proposal quality.
