Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing pager services, including leased beepers, maintenance, and web-based portal management, for 81 VA medical centers across the United States. The contract will have a 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods. The contractor will be required to provide standard paging services and features, including numeric and alphanumeric messaging, simultaneous message delivery, and message carbon copy. The contractor will also be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for the pager services.
