District Wide Roofing Repairs and Emergency Services

The DeKalb County School District is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide District Wide Roofing Repairs and Emergency Services. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The successful bidder will be required to perform and fulfill all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions, and agreements of this Invitation to Bid. • The services will be provided to 77 elementary schools, 19 middle schools, 22 high schools, 8 start-up charter schools, 12 specialized learning centers, 7 administrative centers, and 5 athletic stadiums. • The bidder must have professional qualifications and specialized experience in providing roofing repairs and emergency services. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to insurance, background checks, and non-discrimination. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with the DeKalb County School District's insurance requirements. • The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms, delivery schedule, and warranty requirements.
