The Coconino Community College is seeking a design professional firm to provide engineering and architectural design services for the new construction of an Allied Health Building at the Lone Tree Campus. The project involves a comprehensive, purpose-built environment for healthcare education and will include flexible classrooms, simulation labs, and faculty offices. The successful firm will be required to demonstrate experience in construction of similar projects, preferably in a higher education environment, and must be familiar with the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. The project has an estimated construction budget of $45,000,000 and is expected to start in 2026.
