Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase Stryker SmartPump Tourniquet Systems, specifically 8 each of the SmartPump Dual Channel and SmartPump Rolling Stand. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through various regulations and policies. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) as a SDVOSB.
• The contract is expected to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Single-Award contract.
