Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to perform FIA data collection work in New Jersey. The work will involve collecting data on urban, P2, P2+, and P2+ soils plots, as well as core urban plots. The contractor will be required to follow Field Guide version 9.5 protocols and to certify their crew leaders through a certification process. The contract will be for a base year with an option for an additional year. The contractor will be required to submit bid pricing for each plot type and to complete the work within a specified timeframe.
