Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for the annual renewal of Mindfire Technology maintenance and support for ABC's mobile application. The application is used for product location of 4000+ SKUs developed and created specifically for the ABC Board. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Suppliers must submit their quotes electronically through Alabama Buys and must be registered in Alabama Buys. The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must provide a certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
