Purchase of Skid Steer with Towmaster Trailer or equivalent

The City of Pasadena's Public Works Department, Building Systems & Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of both a Skid Steer and Towmaster Trailer for the City's Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) Department. The selected vendor must demonstrate flexibility in navigating potential delays, provide competitive pricing, and remain responsive to the City’s operational needs. The bid must include all federal, state, local, and other taxes. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time. • The Skid Steer and Towmaster Trailer must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation document. • The vendor must provide a completed Form AA-1 and a Declaration of Non-Collusion. • The vendor must comply with the City's Equal Employment Opportunity Practices Provisions and the Living Wage Ordinance. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance prior to the City's award of the contract. • The vendor must comply with the Accessibility Compliance Requirements outlined in the solicitation document.
