Description

• The vendor must provide the items in accordance with the salient characteristics attachment.
• The vendor must submit their quote via email to the contracting officer no later than the established deadline.
• The vendor must include the total price per section and the price per item in their quote.
• The government will award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value to the government, considering factors such as technical capability, price, delivery terms, and past performance.
