Description
The U.S. Embassy Tbilisi requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate. The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance. The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
• The contractor shall provide the services of a trained elevator mechanic on a monthly basis to check and repair equipment operation and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• The contractor shall provide 24 hours/day, 7 days/week emergency response service.
• The contractor shall provide non-emergency response service within one working day.
• The contractor shall provide callback service within a three-hour time period.
• The contractor shall maintain elevators so that they are in a safe and efficient operating condition at all times.
• The contractor shall provide a trained mechanic to inspect and service every elevator a minimum of every month.
• The contractor shall leave a copy of the signed checklist with the COR or the COR's designate following each routine maintenance visit.
