Progressive Design-Build Entity for the Corona Education Center (CEC)

The Riverside Community College District (RCCD) is seeking a qualified progressive design‑build entity to deliver a new three‑story, 70,000 GSF Corona Education Center (CEC) on a 9.6‑acre site in Corona, CA. The selected entity will assume full responsibility for programming, design development (including DSA permitting), construction, procurement and installation of Group II FF&E, and project close‑out, adhering to LEED‑Gold standards and exceeding Title 24 energy requirements by at least 15 %.
