USAC RFQ: AI-Based Coding Assistant Solution

The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is seeking an AI-Based Coding Assistant Solution through this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase a solution that can provide coding assistance using artificial intelligence. The RFQ describes the products/services being requested and provides instructions on how to respond. Quotes are due no later than August 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. • The solution should be able to provide coding assistance using artificial intelligence • The RFQ is available electronically at http://www.usac.org/about/tools/procurement • USAC is a not-for-profit Delaware corporation appointed by the FCC as the permanent administrator of the Universal Service Fund (USF) and the universal service support mechanisms • The contract awarded as a result of this RFQ will not be a subcontract under a federal prime contract to USAC
