Description
The County of San Mateo is seeking proposals from qualified entities to enter into a ground lease for a 3.67-acre parcel located on the San Carlos Airport. The parcel includes an existing office building, hangar, aircraft parking ramp, and vehicle parking lot. The successful proposer will be responsible for developing and operating commercial aeronautical activities on the parcel, subject to County approval and Federal Aviation Administration requirements. The scope of work includes improving, remodeling, developing, or utilizing the parcel to meet the proposer's operational needs.
