Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) - Panama

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide six Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) for a six-month rental period in Panama. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, and services to deliver and support the UTVs. The UTVs must be no more than two years old, operate on regular unleaded gasoline, and be suitable for rugged, off-road terrain. The contractor must also provide maintenance and repair services to ensure the UTVs remain fully operational throughout the contract period. • The contractor must deliver the UTVs to the specified location in Panama. • The contractor must provide all required safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits. • The contractor must secure and maintain full-coverage insurance for all vehicles in accordance with Panamanian law. • The contractor must ensure all personnel performing work under the contract have passed a background check conducted by the appropriate Panamanian authorities.
