Description
The Palm Beach County Engineering and Public Works Department is seeking proposals for Continuing Professional Services. The selected firm will provide professional services to the County. The proposal package should include a Letter of Interest, GSA Form SF 330, Prime Consultant Qualification Questionnaire, and other required documents. The County has an Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) ordinance that requires contractors to provide contracting opportunities for Small Business Enterprises (SBEs). Proposers must comply with the EBO ordinance and provide documentation of their SBE certifications.
• The proposal must include a team summary table with information about the prime and sub-consultants.
• The team must include at least one CCNA certified firm for each category of work.
• The proposal must be submitted in both hardcopy and electronic format.
• The County will evaluate proposals based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and price.
