RFQ for Public Works Wastewater Division 2026 On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Pacifica is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide on-call professional engineering services for the Public Works Wastewater Division. The selected firms will provide services for various projects, including collection system and pump station projects, Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant projects, and miscellaneous improvement projects for aging wastewater infrastructure. The scope of work includes engineering evaluations and studies, detail design and bid support, and engineering services during construction. The City is looking for firms with demonstrated expertise and experience working on wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems. Some of the key projects that may require engineering services include: • Linda Mar Pump Station Electrical Upgrade • Rockaway Pump Station Door/Structural Upgrade • Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant Piping Project – Design Assist The City will select up to two firms to provide services for a three-year period, with an estimated $600,000 in project work. The selected firms will be required to provide a detailed scope and fee estimate for each task order, and the City will negotiate an agreement with each firm based on the Agreement included with this RFQ.
