Description
The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is seeking a proposal for a Workflow Based Agentic AI, Automation, and E-Permitting System for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) Division of Water and Waste Management (DWWM). The system should provide software or services for Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class 1 and Class 6 permitting. The scope of work includes turnkey setup, data migration, hosting, maintenance, support, and licensing renewal.
• Turnkey setup: Agentic AI, dashboard, and legacy integration
• Data migration: Historical data and GIS layer ingestion
• Hosting, maintenance, support, and licensing renewal for 5 years
• Custom enhancement labor and cloud data storage overage
• AI token usage allocation
