Ultra-high Purity and High Purity Medical Gases Delivery

The Defense Health Agency is seeking a vendor to provide ultra-high purity and high purity medical gases delivery. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform work as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will deliver ultra-high purity argon, ultra-high purity nitrogen, ultra-high purity helium, and high purity hydrogen to the Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Laboratory (CIHL) at the Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit TWO (NEPMU2) Norfolk. The key requirements of this contract include: * Delivering gases within 48 hours of request * Providing emergency requests within 24 hours * Maintaining proper clearances to deliver to Norfolk Naval Base * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations * Providing a technical capabilities statement and past performance information The evaluation factors for award will be technical capabilities, past performance, and price.
