Description
The Grady County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the construction of a new 3300 square foot building on an existing partially cleared site. The project includes a pre-engineered metal building system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and site work. The project is funded by a grant from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
