Term Contract for Roadway Painting

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract for roadway painting on various streets and properties throughout the city. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor, including necessary traffic control. The contract will be used on an as-needed basis primarily by the Public Works Streets & Fleet and Parks & Recreation, Facilities Maintenance departments. • The contract will include painting of centerlines, edge lines, turn bays, crosswalks, and other traffic control markings. • The contractor must adhere to the project specifications and the requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) 11th Edition. • A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference is scheduled for November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Alaska time. • The contract period will be from the date of award through December 31, 2026, with an automatic annual renewal period based on the calendar year, for three (3) additional years.
