Offsite Heavy Tailwheel Training

The US Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide Offsite Heavy Tailwheel Training for members assigned to the 137th SOW. The training will be provided under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor will be required to sign the agreement and provide all services set forth in the agreement. The evaluation of responses will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must submit a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items with their proposal. • The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of Heavy Tailwheel Training. • The acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. • The NAICS code for this opportunity is 611512.
