IDOC-Lawrence-Pest Control Services

The Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to provide pest control services for the Lawrence Correctional Center. The services include monthly pest control for the facility grounds and all buildings, as well as hourly rates for technicians for services not included in the standard monthly fee. The vendor must provide skilled service, labor, materials, pest control substances, tools, equipment, insurance permits, and fees necessary to accomplish total pest control. The contract duration is for three years. • The vendor must provide extermination services to control and eliminate ants, roaches, birds, silverfish, hornets, bees, wasps, mites, lice, termites, flies, rodents, and occasional invaders. • The vendor must furnish skilled service, labor, materials, pest control substances, tools, equipment, insurance permits, and fees necessary to accomplish total pest control. • The vendor must ensure all professional liability regarding the safe application of pesticides. • The vendor must perform a thorough inspection of all areas of the Lawrence Correctional Center to be serviced prior to service initiation. • The vendor must provide service for all hallways, rooms, closets, etc., at the locations specified on a monthly basis.
