Phased CSO Program Management, Construction Management, & Owner’s Advisor

The City of Seattle is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive management and technical support for the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program. The selected team will assist the City in delivering a multi-year capital program that includes program management, options analysis, construction management, Owner’s Advisor services, and related technical and strategic support. The program aims to reduce combined sewer overflows and bring the system into regulatory compliance. The consultant will provide services such as program management, options analysis, engineering reports, community outreach, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
