Moody AFB Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS)

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to operate a Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials to support the store. The store will provide a variety of materials, equipment, parts, and supplies for construction, facility maintenance, and repair for use by authorized Civil Engineer Squadron personnel and Facility Managers. The contractor will also be required to perform Inventory Technician transactions in TRIRIGA and provide quality customer service. The contract will have a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. The maximum dollar value of the contract is $10,000,000. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials to support the COCESS • Sourcing, purchasing, receiving, issuing, delivering, and stocking a variety of materials, equipment, parts, and supplies • Performing Inventory Technician transactions in TRIRIGA • Providing quality customer service • Managing and staffing the store, including recruiting, retaining, and replacing personnel as needed • Ensuring uninterrupted services during personnel absences, such as sickness or vacations, without degradation in services provided.
