The Catalina Foothills Unified School District #16 seeks vendors that can provide a “walk‑in” retail supply of a broad market basket of maintenance‑hardware items (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, paint, carpentry, tools, etc.) for all district sites across Pima County. Vendors must have a physical store or stocking facility within the county so district employees can pick up items directly; the contract is a one‑year blanket purchase order (July 1 2027 – June 30 2028) with possible annual extensions. Bids are evaluated on the lowest responsible and responsive offer, with discount percentages on each category being the primary competitive factor.
