RFQ - 44th Ave W Underpass Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project Construciton Management and Administration Services

The City of Lynnwood is seeking a consultant to provide Construction Management/Construction Administration services for the 44th Ave W Underpass Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement Project. The project involves the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle underpass, including utility relocation, grading, demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, construction of retaining walls, and installation of pedestrian and street lighting. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities, providing daily construction observation and inspection, and managing the construction change conditions. The project is expected to begin in Spring 2026 and will have approximately 180 working days. • The consultant will be responsible for construction project management, pre-construction support, document review, and construction phase consultation. • The consultant will provide on-site daily construction observation, inspection, and management. • The consultant will assist with record drawings, documentation control, and public relations/outreach. • The consultant will provide claims/disputes support and closeout support. • The consultant will manage the contractor's compliance with assigned DBE/FSBE and other federal funding goals. • The consultant will provide construction bid review and analysis.
