Maintenance/Repair of Heavy Duty, Off Road, Watercraft, Specialty Vehicles and Equipment

The City of Lubbock is seeking bids for a contract to provide preventative maintenance and repairs to heavy duty vehicles, equipment, and watercraft. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option of four one-year extensions. The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors if it is determined to be in the City's best interest. The scope of work includes preventative maintenance and repairs to vehicles, equipment, and watercraft, including air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems, axles, brakes, steering, suspension, and more. • Preventative maintenance and repairs to heavy duty vehicles, equipment, and watercraft • Repair of specialized fleet equipment not listed in the scope of work • Pick-up and drop-off service for City vehicles • On-site repairs of City vehicles • Priority repairs for emergency first responders • Use of OEM approved parts and supplies • Invoicing and payment according to City procedures
