Thermal Lab Lifetime Support Plan

The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking a contractor to provide a Thermal Lab Lifetime Support Plan. The plan is a comprehensive support plan designed to provide improved instrument performance, increased uptime, and reduced cost of ownership. The plan includes an annual Performance Maintenance Visit, priority phone and email support, complete repair coverage, accessory coverage, and a 10% discount on consumable purchases. The contractor must be registered in the SAM.gov database prior to submission of an offer. The contract will be for a period of one year, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed-price quotation. • The contractor must include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes in the quotation. • The contractor must provide a copy of their pricelist, if available. • The contractor must provide a total cost for the support plan. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the equipment.
