Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a market survey to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set aside a future project for them. The project involves constructing a Vehicle Storage Yard and Military Equipment Parking (MEP) at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. The primary facility consists of a 7.5-acre military vehicle parking lot, and supporting facilities include general site improvements, utility connections, lighting, fencing, fire hydrants, curbs and gutters, and storm drainage.
• The project is estimated to last 600 calendar days.
• The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
• The project requires contractors to perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract with their own employees for general construction-type procurement.
• Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract.
