REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RAYMOND COMMUNITY CENTER — FACILITY CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT & SPACE NEEDS STUDY

The Town of Raymond is seeking qualified architects, engineers, and facility‑assessment consultants to conduct a comprehensive conditions assessment and space‑needs study for the conversion of the former Jordan‑Small Middle School (≈40,000 sq ft, built 1988) into a new community center that will house municipal offices, a library, and Parks & Recreation programs. The scope includes: • Performing a detailed physical condition assessment of the existing building. • Conducting a space‑programming and needs analysis to determine functional requirements for the proposed community center. • Developing preliminary cost estimates to support capital planning and potential bond authorization. • Delivering the work in phases, with an initial programming analysis and conceptual budget completed first. The selection will be based solely on qualifications; fee proposals are not accepted at this stage. The study may be funded in part by federal sources.
