Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking information from vendors to assess their capabilities in providing support and maintenance services for existing and newly developed data marts. The services include data mart operations and maintenance, business intelligence and analytics solutions, user reports, customer inquiries, technical assistance, data quality assurance, and security compliance. The contractor will work with various IHS program offices, including the Office of Clinical and Preventive Services, the Office of Public Health Support, and the Office of Information Technology.
• The contractor will provide support and maintenance services for existing data marts and any newly developed data marts created in the future.
• The contractor will develop business intelligence and analytics solutions, including dashboards and scorecards.
• The contractor will prepare and publish user reports and answer customer inquiries.
• The contractor will provide technical assistance and guidance as needed.
• The contractor will ensure data quality assurance and security compliance.
