Description
The Cherokee Nation is seeking a vendor to provide all food‑service products (disposables, dry/canned goods, frozen foods, meats, beverages, cleaning supplies, etc.) for Sequoyah High School in Tahlequah, OK. Bidders must submit a mandatory response sheet showing quantities, unit costs, total cost, delivery fee, and lead time, and must meet or exceed the specifications listed in the attached catalog. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with an Indian Preference applied to certified Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) vendors.
• Supply a full range of cafeteria food items and related consumables for an entire high‑school campus.
• Provide pricing, delivery fee, and lead‑time details on the mandatory bid response sheet; bids are firm and cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after submission.
• Indian Preference will be given to vendors holding current TERO certification; otherwise the contract goes to the lowest price‑responsive offer.
