Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for Articulate 360 E-Learning Services. The contract will be for a comprehensive, subscription-based e-learning authoring platform used to build interactive workplace training, online courses, and instruction materials. HHSC is requesting a quantity of 25 seats. The successful bidder will be required to provide the services and related goods as described in the IFB.
