Description

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The contract will be priced on an hourly basis for multiple labor categories (project managers, field supervisors, debris monitors, clerical staff, etc.). Assuming an average blended rate of $150‑$250 per hour, a typical disaster event may require 2,000‑8,000 labor hours over the year, plus overhead, bonding, and insurance costs. This yields an estimated contract value ranging from roughly $500,000 for a low‑intensity year to $2,000,000 for a high‑intensity year with multiple large‑scale disasters. The final amount will depend on the frequency and severity of disasters, the number of monitors deployed, and any price adjustments at annual renewals.
