VICTORVILLE SEWER MASTER PLAN UPDATE 2026

The City of Victorville is seeking a consultant to prepare a comprehensive Sewer Master Plan (SMP) to evaluate the existing wastewater collection system, assess current and future system capacity, identify deficiencies, and develop a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The primary objectives of this project include evaluating the condition and capacity of the existing wastewater collection system, updating the hydraulic model, identifying system deficiencies, and developing recommended capital improvements. The consultant will provide all labor, materials, and expertise necessary to complete the Sewer Master Plan, including tasks such as project initiation and data review, existing system evaluation, hydraulic modeling, growth projections, and capital improvement planning. • Evaluate the condition and capacity of the existing wastewater collection system • Update the hydraulic model and identify system deficiencies • Develop recommended capital improvements • Establish a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP) • Integrate the sewer master plan data with the City’s GIS platform The City is looking for a consultant with experience in similar wastewater master planning projects, a qualified project team, and a demonstrated understanding of the project objectives. The consultant will be required to provide a comprehensive proposal, including a project approach and methodology, a proposed schedule, and a pricing proposal.
