DOT D1 Ames Materials Lab HVAC Upgrade

The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive sealed bids to upgrade the HVAC system at the D1 Ames Materials Laboratory. The base scope requires relocating an existing Make‑Up‑Air unit, integrating it with the current control system, and connecting to existing ductwork. Two alternates are optional: replacement of the exhaust fan and associated dampers (Alternate #1) and replacement of an existing roof‑mounted Air‑Handling Unit (Alternate #2).
