Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the purchase of a Refrigerated Truck for the Louisiana Department of Corrections. The truck should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B, which includes a brand and model such as the International Model CV515 SFA (2026) with a Morgan Refrigerated Body and Thermoking T590-50 or equivalent. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The bid should include all applicable taxes and delivery costs.
• The bid must be submitted online via the LaGov vendor portal or in a sealed envelope marked with the bid number and opening date.
• The bid price should include all costs, including transportation and delivery.
• The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods, with a total contract term not exceeding 36 months.
• The State of Louisiana reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
• Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and energy efficiency.
