RFQ_CLEANING/CLEARING SERVICES

The Franklin County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide cleaning and clearing services. The scope of work includes removal of trash, debris, and refuse from residential properties, clearing of overgrown vegetation, brush, and yard waste, securing and/or boarding of structures, removal of abandoned personal property, furniture, and hazardous accumulations, hauling and lawful disposal of all collected materials, and site restoration to a clean, safe, and code-compliant condition. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Some key aspects of the job include: • Removal of trash, debris, and refuse from residential properties • Clearing of overgrown vegetation, brush, and yard waste • Securing and/or boarding of structures when required • Removal of abandoned personal property, furniture, and hazardous accumulations • Hauling and lawful disposal of all collected materials • Site restoration to a clean, safe, and code-compliant condition
