ON-SITE VEHICLE DETAIL CLEANING SERVICES (100% SEB SET-ASIDE)

Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a qualified, licensed small‑business to provide full‑service, on‑site detailing of approximately 35 fleet vehicles located at the Port Central Office Building and the Security Operations Center. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment (mobile water truck, generator, cleaning agents, vacuums, etc.) and perform exterior and interior cleaning on a bi‑weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule, with additional as‑needed deep‑clean services. The contract is a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year renewal options, and it is a 100 % Small & Emerging Business set‑aside. • Scope includes washing, bug removal, tire shine, interior trash removal, vacuuming, surface protection, and periodic deep‑clean tasks. • Work must be performed on‑site during standard business hours (8 AM‑5 PM, M‑F) and all personnel must hold valid TWIC and JAXPORT Business Purpose credentials. • Contractor must meet insurance requirements (WC, CGL, Business Auto) and provide required certifications, references, and a SEB participation schedule.
