The County of Volusia is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of a new open-air pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) canopy structure adjacent to an existing vehicle maintenance facility at the Tomoka Farms Landfill in Port Orange, Florida. The project will provide covered workspace for fleet vehicle maintenance and repair operations. The scope of work includes site preparation, civil work, structural work, plumbing systems, electrical systems, architectural/building envelope, code compliance, and permits.
