Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance services for the MIND 2.0 application and mobile app. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing ongoing development activities, including change requests, new features, and system integrations. The vendor will also be required to provide support services, including application support and maintenance, incident and problem management, and system monitoring and health checks. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for renewal.
• The vendor will be required to provide a fixed-rate pricing for the services.
• The vendor will be required to provide a breakdown of the fees by service.
• The vendor will be required to provide support services during the defined support hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
• The vendor will be required to provide on-call support and deployment-related support during and outside normal business hours.
• The vendor will be required to provide training services, including the development of training materials and the delivery of training sessions.
