The Town of Exeter seeks a qualified architectural and engineering firm to redesign and renovate the existing building at 10 Hampton Road into a multi‑generational community center. The firm must deliver schematic design, full construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction administration, with optional services (MEP, civil, structural, hazardous‑material surveys, landscape design) to be quoted separately.
