Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full‑service, annual contract for the repair, maintenance, and installation of overhead doors and gates at multiple San Antonio Fire Department facilities. The work includes corrective repairs, preventive maintenance, installation of new doors/gates, and the supply of all required replacement parts. The contract is structured as a recurring yearly agreement, allowing the city to maintain operational readiness of its fire‑department infrastructure.
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on overhead doors and gate systems across SAFD sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Install new doors/gates and provide all associated hardware and parts as needed.
• Respond to service calls promptly throughout the contract year, ensuring compliance with city specifications and safety standards.
