Budget estimate

$75,000 – $150,000

The solicitation caps the award at $150,000 and indicates a discretionary procurement under that ceiling. Given the scope (full CON application, stakeholder coordination, project‑management, and representation) and the five‑year possible contract term, a realistic award would likely fall between roughly $75,000 (minimum effort for a small firm) and the maximum $150,000 (full‑service, senior‑level staffing). The final amount will depend on the consultant’s hourly rates for senior and associate staff and the total hours projected.
