Floor Covering Services

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is seeking multiple contractors to provide floor covering services for its public housing programs. The selected contractors will be responsible for inspecting units, submitting bids, and providing floor covering services at vacant and occupied units. The contract will be for an initial period of five years, with the option to extend. The agency encourages participation by women-owned, minority-owned, and other disadvantaged business enterprises. Key aspects of the job include: • Inspecting units to establish a fair and reasonable bid price • Submitting bids for floor covering services • Providing floor covering services at vacant and occupied units • Participating in a daily bid process • Maintaining communication with the agency while work is in progress • Completing work within the specified timeframe (2 days for vacant units, 9 days for occupied units) • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Section 3 and BABAA requirements
