Budget estimate

$400,000 – $1,000,000

No contract value is disclosed, but based on typical industry rates for water‑main construction (approximately $200–$500 per linear foot) and the 2,000 LF scope, a reasonable estimate would be between $400,000 and $1,000,000. This range accounts for variations in material costs, unit‑price adjustments, site conditions, and pavement‑restoration expenses.
