Waste removal and Recycling services

West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking bids for waste removal and recycling services for all designated school facilities. The successful bidder will be required to provide waste removal and recycling services, including supply, placement, and maintenance of dumpsters, scheduled waste and recycling collection, disposal and processing of waste and recyclable materials, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will be for a period of three years, from 2026 to 2028. • The bidder must inspect all sites prior to submitting a bid • The bidder must provide all equipment, containers, vehicles, and labor • The bidder must list all subcontractors (if any) • The bidder must submit a list of three references complete with names, addresses, phone numbers, and a contact person • The bidder must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations • The bidder must provide waste removal and recycling services for all designated school facilities
