Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division is seeking a vendor to provide labor and materials for the breakdown and set up and installation of furniture in a building at NSWCDD. The vendor must be available for a site visit to accurately quote this requirement. The site visit is scheduled for 20 October 2025. All costs associated with this requirement, including shipping and freight, must be included in the quoted price. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The vendor must provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer verifying that they are an authorized reseller/distributor of the service/product(s) offered.
• The contract will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.
• The vendor must submit a signed copy of the SF1449 with their quote.
• The quote is due by 31 October 2025, and the anticipated award date is 24 November 2025.
