Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to repair Chiller #2 located in Building 20 at the USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach. The contractor will be responsible for replacing two compressors, one thermal expansion valve, two contactors, one filter drier, and three pumps, as well as performing other related tasks. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and expertise necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes recovering and disposing of refrigerant, removing and disposing of existing equipment, installing new equipment, and testing the system. The contractor must also provide a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, materials, and workmanship.
